EXCHANGES & RETURNS

STEP 1

After receiving your MANCHA order please e-mail us at hello@manchaswimwear.com within 14 days.

We can only accept exchanges or returns of products that are still in the original conditions.

STEP 2

Ship the items back to us. You can use the original package we have sent. The shipping costs are paid by the customer. To be safe the package should be sent by registered mail to the address we will provide by email. If the goods are lost in the process our shop can not be responsible and no exchange or return will be placed.

Our shop will not pay any taxes or customs fees for the returning items. However, we will support the cost of postage in case of an error from our side (mistaken or damaged product).

STEP 3

Inform us by email of the new product/color/size desired. 

Your exchange will be processed within max 5 working days.

In case of return the refund for the total order value will be issue and refund within 15 working days. We do not make returns of the value of the shipping costs.

 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lisboa, Portugal.

If the product you ordered is in stock it will be shipped no later than two working days after purchase by CTT Expresso (Portugal). 

You will receive an automatic email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facilities. Give it some hours before check it - it may not appear immediately on the system.
